heart rate monitor watch helps you to be in the right heart rate
training zone of your workout. You can quickly look at your watch to see
your heart rate instead of stopping and counting your pulse, these
watches makes for a smooth workout.
The Three Basic Exercising Category are:
Zone Two:
60 to 70 percent of your heart rate an is often called the fat burning
zone. Here is the ideal zone to for the heart to start benefiting from
your exercising.
Zone Three : 70 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate. This is the aerobic zone where you are training for endurance.
Zone Four: 80
to 90 percent of your maximum heart rate. In the Anaerobic threshold
you are looking to improve the amount of oxygen you can consume.
Male: 210 – half your age – 5% of your body weight + 4
Female: 210 – half your age – 1% of your body weight + 0
For example: A 40 year old female weighing 150 pounds would have a maximum heart rate of
210 – ( 40/2) – (150 * 0.01) = 188.5
The
good news is a heart rate monitor watch would figure out your heart
rate for you, leaving you to have fun working out and see if you are in
the right zone at a glance.
